Kevin, 25, studied math and chemistry at the University of British Columbia, spent two years at a house of discernment in Rome, and then received a BA in philosophy from the Pontifical Gregorian University there. He worked with the Missionaries of Charity Fathers in Tijuana and has volunteered at a nursing home and a soup kitchen. He enjoys track and cross-country and English and French literature. Shane, 24, graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a BA in music, majoring in performance on trumpet. He volunteered as a Hate Crimes Project phone counselor and taught summer Bible school and CCD classes. Trevor, 25, was a hospital corpsman in the navy and worked in the department of neurosurgery at the naval hospital in Okinawa, Japan. While studying philosophy at Walsh University in Canton, Ohio, he traveled to Honduras and volunteered at missions in the country.
